Can you make a bunny that you don't have listed?
Send a note through the custom order page with a description of what you are looking for and I will respond.
How long does shipping take?
If the fabric and bunny are in stock, it ships within 1 week. Custom bunnies take 2-3 weeks to ship.
How do I clean one?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Skip the washing machine — it's rough on the ear fabric and the bows.
Are they safe for little kids?
Every bunny is made as a keepsake and shelf piece, not a toy for children under three — the ribbons and lace are small parts. If it is for a little one, ask me and I can leave the trim off.
Do you take returns?
No. Every bunny is handmade to order, so there are no returns and all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, send me a photo and I will make it right.
